The property benefits from ultra fast wi-fi internet connection and has mains water and electricity connected with a gas bottle supplying the khob.
Additional facilities , such as larger dining area, fridge freezer and washing machine are available for use in the adjacent building (Casa Malva).
The property is furnished , however for longer term lets you can add or take away furniture as required if you prefer.
Facilities - ground Floor
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/ dining area / lounge and separate single bedroom and has ceramic floor tiles throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with floor and wall cabinets with granite worktop, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and low level fridge.
The lounge area has a double fold out (klik klak) sofa bed and wood burner to help keep you cosy during the cooler months and a talble and four chairs,
The separate bedroom has room for a single bed and is will be furnished on request
