Casa Azul

The ground floor has a  ceramic tiled floor throughout and consists of a large open plan area with kitchen, lounge / diner, as well as a separate twin bedded bedroom with en-suite shower room.     

The dining area consists of a six seater table and chairs with sliding patio door leading onto the garden and grounds.

The lounge area consists of a large corner (double) sofa bed and wood burning stove. The downstairs bedroom leads off the lounge area, as well as a large walk in cupboard. 

The kitchen has a range of modern white glossy wall and floor cabinets,  with granite worktops incorporating  a five ring gas hob. There is also built in fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven.          

The ground floor bedroom consists of a single truckle bed which can also  be configured as two singles if required. A clean modern en suite shower room leads off the bedroom, with walk in shower, wc and sink with vanity unit.

The first floor area is reached via a feature wooden stair case  and has feature wooden beams and ceiling with laminate floor.     

The bedroom is a large and roomy open plan room with a double bed and drawer units. There is also a lounge area with sofa and tv.   Alongside the shower room there is a walk in wardrobe area  to hang clothes,

The en-suite shower room  consists of a walk in shower, wc and vanity unit with sink.
